Job Requirements

must be at least 18 years old
previous leadership experience preferred
ability to work flexible hours
excellent customer service skills
capability to lead and motivate a team
strong attention to detail and safety consciousness
reliable and punctual

Job Qualifications

previous leadership experience preferably in restaurant, retail or hospitality environment
positive team player attitude
flexible schedule
strong communication and organizational skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
at least 18 years of age

Job Duties

lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer service
plan shifts and monitor performance to meet quality, service and cleanliness standards
oversee food safety and ensure compliance with safety and security policies
manage inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness
schedule and train crew members
communicate effectively with team and next shift manager
meet operational targets and help departments achieve goals
