This job opportunity is offered by an independent franchisee operating a McDonald's restaurant. Job Duties
- Lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- plan each shift and monitor team performance
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- manage inventory and scheduling
- provide training and coaching to crew members
- maintain daily restaurant cleanliness and safety
- communicate shift details to the next shift manager
