Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- must be 18 years or older
- ability to lead a team effectively
- excellent communication skills
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan each shift and monitor performance
- ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager for smooth handovers
- manage food safety
- oversee internal communication
- handle inventory management
- maintain daily cleanliness and restaurant maintenance
- manage and train crew members
- ensure quality food production
- deliver exceptional customer service
- manage safety and security protocols
- develop and adjust employee scheduling
- provide ongoing training and coaching
