Job Requirements

high school diploma or equivalent preferred
must be 18 years or older
ability to lead a team effectively
excellent communication skills
strong organizational and multitasking abilities
willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
commitment to upholding food safety and sanitation standards

Job Qualifications

previous leadership experience preferred
experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment
positive team player with flexible schedule
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

lead shifts every week to ensure customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
plan each shift and monitor performance
ensure compliance with McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
monitor safety, security, and profitability
communicate with the next shift manager for smooth handovers
manage food safety
oversee internal communication
handle inventory management
maintain daily cleanliness and restaurant maintenance
manage and train crew members
ensure quality food production
deliver exceptional customer service
manage safety and security protocols
develop and adjust employee scheduling
provide ongoing training and coaching
