Job Duties
- Lead shifts weekly ensuring fast, accurate and friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor performance to meet standards
- Ensure food safety and quality food production
- Manage internal communication and inventory
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Handle scheduling and training
- Monitor safety, security and profitability
- Support meeting departmental goals
