While McDonald's USA licenses its logos and food products to this franchisee, this entity operates as a completely separate business and employer. If hired, you will be employed directly by the franchisee, making them responsible for all employment matters including hiring, supervision, scheduling, and any disciplinary actions. McDonald's USA does not have any involvement or control in these areas and will not receive or review your employment application.
