It is important to note that this franchisee is a completely separate employer from McDonald’s USA. Therefore, all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, disciplinary actions, and overall employee management are solely under the control and responsibility of this franchisee. McDonald’s USA is not involved in any employment decisions or processes related to this restaurant.

The role available is that of a Shift Manager, a pivotal leadership position within the restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will provide essential leadership and direction during your shifts to ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly service every visit.
