Job Description

This job opportunity is with a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee who holds a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. It is important to note that this franchisee is a separate entity and employer distinct from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee independently manages all employment matters including hiring, firing, supervision, discipline, staffing, and scheduling of employees. McDonald’s USA does not control or partake in any employment decisions at this location and will not receive copies of employment applications or be involved in interview or hiring decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Experience in managing teams preferred
  • Ability to work flexible schedules
  • Strong communication skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Ability to train and develop staff
  • Commitment to maintaining food safety and quality standards

Job Qualifications

  • Previous managerial experience preferred
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment is ideal
  • Positive team player with flexible scheduling
  • Passion for working in fast-paced environments
  • Strong leadership and coaching abilities
  • Ability to set goals, delegate tasks, and manage results
  • Minimum age of 18 years

Job Duties

  • Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, friendly service
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management
  • Set goals for the team and delegate tasks
  • Follow up and report results to team and other managers
  • Ensure Guest Service team delivers great customer experiences and organizes service areas
  • Oversee Kitchen operations to maintain food quality, safety, and cost control
  • Hire, train, and schedule qualified crew to meet sales and profit goals
