The Shift Manager role at Five Guys plays a crucial leadership position, especially in the General Manager’s absence, by overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant. This includes ensuring compliance with company standards in various areas such as product preparation, delivery, customer relations, restaurant upkeep, team management, and inventory control. Shift Managers are expected to be trained across all duties performed by Crew Members and Shift Leaders, which enables them to step in flexibly to support the team and maintain a high standard of service. The role requires an individual who can foster a positive work atmosphere, motivate the team, and focus heavily on providing excellent customer service while maintaining food quality and safety.

This full-time position offers competitive pay ranging between $16.00 to $18.00 per hour, plus tips and bonuses through a Secret Shopper bonus plan, which rewards teams for exceptional performance during two weekly evaluations.
