Job Duties
- oversee daily restaurant operations in the general manager's absence
- ensure compliance with company standards including product preparation and delivery
- manage customer relations and resolve issues

- maintain restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- manage inventory and supplies
- assist crew members and shift leaders with their duties
