This job opportunity is available at a restaurant operated independently by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald's branding and products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald's outlets, this restaurant is managed by an independent franchisee that handles all employment-related matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald's USA is not the employer and has no involvement in day-to-day employment decisions or application processing. The position being offered is for a Shift Manager, a role critical to the smooth operation of the restaurant’s day-to-day activities. As a Shift Manager, you are entrusted with leading the team during your shift by ensuring that customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service. Your leadership is vital in maintaining high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness that McDonald's is known for worldwide. You will oversee the performance of the crew and other managers, plan shifts, monitor operational targets, enforce safety protocols, and maintain both internal communication and inventory control.

Job Requirements

Job Duties
