Job Description

This job opportunity is with a McDonald's restaurant independently owned and operated by a franchisee, not directly by McDonald’s USA. This franchisee holds a license to use McDonald’s logos, branding, and food products but operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee is solely responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. Job Requirements
