Job Requirements

Reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical demands including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
Be able to work flexible schedules
Commitment to modeling company values and leadership
Experience in customer service or related field
Willingness to complete required training and certification

Job Qualifications

At least 6 months of restaurant, retail, or customer service experience
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work well in a team environment
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
Good communication skills

Job Duties

Provide daily leadership to ensure the restaurant meets operational goals
Mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service
Oversee restaurant operations during shifts
Participate in Shift Manager development program and training
Manage specific shift roles including open and close, back of house, or guest experience
Maintain composure while multitasking and directing team efforts
Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
