Job Duties

  • Lead shifts every week to ensure customers have a fast, accurate, friendly experience
  • Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
  • Plan for each shift and monitor team performance
  • Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for smooth transitions
  • Ensure food safety, manage internal communication, and oversee inventory management
  • Conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness checks
  • Manage crew scheduling and training
  • Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
