Job Requirements

Be at least 18 years old
Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties

Lead shifts every week to ensure customers have a fast, accurate, friendly experience
Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts to maintain quality, service, and cleanliness
Plan for each shift and monitor team performance
Take action to ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare for smooth transitions
Ensure food safety, manage internal communication, and oversee inventory management
Conduct daily maintenance and cleanliness checks
Manage crew scheduling and training
Ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
