The franchisee operates under a license that allows the use of McDonald’s logos and food products but functions as an independent company and employer. Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor team performance
- Ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate shift progress and prepare next Shift Manager
- Manage food safety and inventory
- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Schedule and train staff
- Deliver exceptional customer service
