This McDonald's restaurant is independently owned and operated by a franchisee who holds the license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Although McDonald’s USA supplies the brand identity and food standards, this franchisee is a separate company responsible for all employment decisions and matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. This separation means that if hired for this position, you will be employed directly by the franchisee rather than McDonald’s USA, and all employment-related processes will be managed by the franchisee. McDonald’s USA plays no role in your employment application processing or employment decisions.

Additional key responsibilities include managing food safety, internal communications, inventory, daily maintenance and cleanliness, quality food production, and exceptional customer service. They are also responsible for crew management, safety and security protocols, scheduling, and employee training.
