Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedures
  • ability to write routine reports
  • valid state issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
  • must be 18 years old or older

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • effective communication skills
  • basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • problem-solving skills to manage operational challenges
  • crew leader certification
  • shift supervisor certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts to ensure smooth restaurant operations
  • train new and existing staff
  • handle cash transactions accurately
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
  • maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • complete administrative tasks such as shift reports
  • monitor inventory and food preparation quality
