Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- minimum 18 years of age
- leadership experience in similar fast paced environment
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- commitment to delivering high quality customer service
- ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards
- effective communication and team collaboration skills
Job Qualifications
- previous leadership experience preferred
- experience in restaurant retail or hospitality environment ideal
- positive team player with flexible schedule
- passion for working in fast paced environment
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate and friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift activities to meet quality service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth transitions
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management and daily maintenance
- schedule and train crew members effectively
