This distinction means that if you are hired, you will be employed by the independent franchisee, not McDonald's USA, which has no involvement in employment decisions such as hiring, firing, staffing, or scheduling for this particular restaurant.
The position offered is that of a Shift Manager in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Shift Manager, you will play a pivotal leadership role, overseeing shifts to ensure that customers receive fast, efficient, friendly, and high-quality service during every visit.
