This job opportunity is with an independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant, which holds the license to use McDonald’s brand symbols and menu items. Though it operates under the McDonald’s brand, this franchise is a separate business entity and employer from McDonald’s USA. This means all employment decisions, including hiring, supervision, and scheduling, are made solely by the franchisee without any control or involvement from McDonald’s USA. Job Requirements

  • have the ability to lead shifts weekly
  • ensure customers receive fast accurate friendly service
  • provide shift leadership to crew and managers
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • ensure team meets brand quality service and cleanliness standards
  • oversee safety security and profitability
  • communicate effectively with next shift manager
  • meet targets and department goals during shifts

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant retail or hospitality environment preferred
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • passion for working in fast paced environment
  • must be 18 years or older to manage

Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly ensuring fast friendly customer experiences
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan each shift and monitor team performance
  • ensure quality, service, and cleanliness standards are met
  • manage food safety and internal communication
  • oversee inventory management and daily maintenance
  • deliver exceptional customer service and ensure safety and security
  • schedule and train staff
