Job Requirements

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- ensure team adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security, and profitability
- communicate effectively with next shift manager to prepare for upcoming shifts
- manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, crew, quality food production, customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
