This job opportunity is with a independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, not McDonald’s USA itself. The franchisee holds a licensing agreement to use McDonald’s unique logos, branding, and food products while maintaining independent control over all employment-related matters at the restaurant. This means the franchisee is the direct employer responsible for staffing, hiring, firing, scheduling, training, and day-to-day management of restaurant operations. McDonald’s USA does not participate in the hiring process, employee discipline, or staffing decisions. Job Duties
- lead shifts every week to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan and monitor shift performance
- take action to meet McDonald’s quality, service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety, security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with the next shift manager for smooth transition
- help meet targets and departmental goals
