This job opportunity is with a independently owned and operated McDonald’s franchise, not McDonald’s USA itself. The franchisee holds a licensing agreement to use McDonald’s unique logos, branding, and food products while maintaining independent control over all employment-related matters at the restaurant. This means the franchisee is the direct employer responsible for staffing, hiring, firing, scheduling, training, and day-to-day management of restaurant operations. McDonald’s USA does not participate in the hiring process, employee discipline, or staffing decisions. Applications submitted for this position will be reviewed solely by the franchisee, emphasizing the independent nature of this employment relationship.

Job Duties

  • communicate with the next shift manager for smooth transition
  • help meet targets and departmental goals
