This job opportunity is offered by a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee licensed to use the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Job Requirements
- Must have previous leadership experience preferred within restaurant, retail, or hospitality
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be able to work flexible schedules
- Must have positive attitude and teamwork skills
- Must be able to operate in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to provide excellent customer service
- Must have reliable communication skills

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring customers receive fast, accurate, and friendly service
- Provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- Plan each shift and monitor performance
- Ensure compliance with McDonald’s quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate shift details to the next Shift Manager for smooth transition
- Manage food safety, internal communication, inventory, daily maintenance, scheduling, and training
