Job Requirements

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Have at least 6 months of restaurant, retail, or customer service related experience
  • Able to multitask and maintain composure
  • Ability to work well within a team
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training

Job Duties

  • Provide daily leadership to ensure the restaurant meets operational goals
  • Mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage opening and closing procedures as assigned
  • Oversee back of house operations when designated
  • Ensure overall guest experience is exceptional
  • Maintain composure while multitasking
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a positive work environment
