This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchise operated independently by a franchisee who licenses the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Unlike working directly for McDonald’s USA, this position is with the franchisee who is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and daily management. The franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, ensuring local control and personalized management of the restaurant. If you join this team, your employment relationship will be with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, which does not get involved in employment matters or application processes for this restaurant.
This position is for a Shift Manager role in this independently operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant.
