This job opportunity is with a restaurant franchise operated independently by a franchisee who licenses the McDonald’s brand, logos, and food products. Unlike working directly for McDonald’s USA, this position is with the franchisee who is the sole employer responsible for all employment decisions including hiring, firing, staffing, scheduling, and daily management. The franchisee operates as a separate entity from McDonald’s USA, ensuring local control and personalized management of the restaurant. If you join this team, your employment relationship will be with the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, which does not get involved in employment matters or application processes for this restaurant.

This position is for a Shift Manager role in this independently operated McDonald’s franchise restaurant. The Shift Manager leads shifts and provides hands-on supervision and support to crew members and other managers to deliver outstanding customer service and high-quality food standards. You will also work to help your team meet sales and performance targets, manage scheduling, and assist in training new team members.
