Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of either McDonald’s Shift Manager experience or verifiable QSR Shift Manager experience
- Open availability preferred
- Current Manager's ServSafe certificate
- Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
- Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
- Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect
Job Qualifications
- Certified Swing Manager experience preferred
- At least one year of shift management experience in a QSR environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy environment
- Basic cash handling and register operation skills
- ServSafe certification from current manager preferred
Job Duties
- Ensure successful shifts by managing daily operations
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash verification
- Position and assign tasks to crew members effectively
- Provide excellent customer service at the counter and drive-thru
- Prepare orders accurately and maintain food quality
- Maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining area
- Operate kitchen equipment such as fryer and grill
