Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of either McDonald’s Shift Manager experience or verifiable QSR Shift Manager experience
  • Open availability preferred
  • Current Manager's ServSafe certificate
  • Must love to smile, laugh and have fun
  • Ability to stand for up to 8 hours during a shift and lift up to 50 lbs
  • Enjoy working in a high energy, fast paced environment
  • Must be a good person, a team player, and treat others with care and respect

Job Qualifications

  • Certified Swing Manager experience preferred
  • At least one year of shift management experience in a QSR environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high energy environment
  • Basic cash handling and register operation skills
  • ServSafe certification from current manager preferred

Job Duties

  • Ensure successful shifts by managing daily operations
  • Handle cash transactions and perform cash verification
  • Position and assign tasks to crew members effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service at the counter and drive-thru
  • Prepare orders accurately and maintain food quality
  • Maintain sanitation standards throughout the kitchen and dining area
  • Operate kitchen equipment such as fryer and grill
