Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to maintain a positive and energetic work environment

Job Duties
- Plan and lead shifts to ensure excellent quality, service, and cleanliness
- Monitor shift performance and take corrective action when needed
- Manage and coach crew members and other managers
- Ensure compliance with food safety and security protocols
- Handle inventory management and scheduling
- Maintain daily maintenance and cleanliness of the restaurant
- Provide exceptional customer service
