This job opportunity is with a restaurant that is independently owned and operated by a franchisee licensed to use McDonald’s logos and food products. Although this restaurant proudly carries the McDonald’s brand, it is important to understand that the franchisee is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA and acts as the sole employer. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Previous management or supervisory experience preferred
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced restaurant environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards
Job Qualifications
- Previous leadership experience preferred
- Experience in restaurant, retail or hospitality environments preferred
- Positive team player with flexible schedule
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- At least 18 years of age
Job Duties
- Lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
- Plan each shift and monitor team performance
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Manage inventory and daily maintenance
- Provide coaching, training, and supervision to crew and managers
- Ensure safety and security during shifts
- Handle scheduling and communicate with incoming shift managers
