Our Shift Manager development program is specially designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience, preparing you for career advancement within Wendy's. Depending on your prior experience, you will be assigned one of three initial Shift Manager roles: open and close, back of house, or overall guest experience. Regardless of where you start, you will undergo cross-training in all these areas to become a well-rounded leader capable of managing every aspect of restaurant operations.

Job Requirements
- Have reliable transportation
- Perform physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds
- Be willing to obtain ServSafe certification by end of training
- Have at least 6 months of related experience
- Be able to multitask and maintain composure
- Exhibit leadership and model company values
Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-pressure environment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification
- Ability to work well in a team environment
