Employment decisions, including hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, supervision, and scheduling, are managed exclusively by the franchisee without involvement from McDonald’s USA. Prospective employees applying for this role will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald’s USA, with all employment matters handled at the franchisee level.
