Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • mobility including bending, reaching, and carrying
  • long periods of standing
  • willingness to work evenings and weekends
  • valid state driver's license and insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to work in high heat environments
  • exposure to cooking oils and materials used in fast food preparation

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • ability to read and interpret safety rules and operational instructions
  • effective verbal and written communication
  • basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculations
  • problem-solving abilities
  • bilingual preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage restaurant staff during shifts
  • ensure excellent customer service and food quality
  • enforce safety and operational procedures
  • manage inventory and supplies
  • handle employee training and development
  • resolve customer complaints and issues
  • oversee daily financial transactions and cash handling
