Employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling are handled solely by the franchisee, with no involvement or control from McDonald's USA. Consequently, if hired, you will be employed by the franchisee, not McDonald's USA.

Job Duties

  • Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
  • Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
  • Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
