Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older to be a manager
- Previous leadership experience preferred

Job Duties
- Lead and supervise shifts each week to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer experiences
- Provide leadership to crew members and other managers during shifts
- Plan shifts and monitor performance throughout the shift
- Ensure the team meets McDonald's quality, service, and cleanliness standards
- Monitor safety, security, and profitability during shifts
- Communicate with the next Shift Manager to prepare them for their shift
- Oversee food safety, inventory management, daily maintenance, crew management, quality food production, exceptional customer service, safety, security, scheduling, and training
