Job Requirements
- at least 18 years of age
- previous leadership experience preferred ideally within restaurant retail or hospitality
- flexible schedule with ability to work varied shifts
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to manage and motivate a team
- willingness to learn and follow safety and quality standards

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week making sure customers get a fast accurate friendly experience every visit
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift to ensure great quality service and cleanliness
- plan for each shift monitor performance during the shift take action to ensure the team is meeting standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with the next shift manager to help prepare them to run a great shift
- manage food safety internal communication inventory management daily maintenance and cleanliness
- manage crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety and security scheduling training
