Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or fast-food settings preferred
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic accounting tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or fast-food experience preferred
- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Food safety certification preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Supervise shift including managing staff and ensuring compliance with company policies
- Motivate and guide team members to deliver exceptional service
- Interact with customers, take orders, and address concerns promptly
- Maintain high food safety standards and monitor food preparation
- Handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records
- Keep track of inventory levels, order supplies, and manage stock rotation
- Prepare shift reports including sales, labor costs, and incidents
- Train new team members on company policies and customer service standards
- Handle unexpected situations and resolve conflicts quickly
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable
- Assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales
