Job Duties

  • lead shifts weekly
  • ensure customers get fast, accurate, friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan shift activities and monitor performance
  • ensure team meets McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety, security, and profitability
  • communicate with next Shift Manager to prepare for shifts
  • perform food safety tasks
  • manage internal communication
  • handle inventory management
  • oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew scheduling and training
  • ensure quality food production
