Job Description

Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older
  • experience in leadership roles preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred within restaurant retail or hospitality

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring fast accurate friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan and monitor shift performance
  • take action to meet McDonald’s standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for smooth transition
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance cleanliness and crew
  • ensure quality food production and exceptional customer service
  • handle scheduling and training
