The Shift Manager role at McDonald's is a vital position responsible for contributing to the smooth operations of the restaurant. Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in fast food or retail management preferred
  • strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • ability to stand for extended periods
