This job opportunity is offered by an independently owned and operated McDonald's franchise, separate from McDonald's USA. The franchisee operates the restaurant using the licensed McDonald's logos and food products but retains full control and responsibility over all employment matters such as hiring, firing, discipline, staffing, and scheduling. This distinct operational model means that any employment relationships, including contracts, benefits, and workplace decisions, are directly handled by the franchisee and not by McDonald's Corporation.

Job Duties
- Lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
- Plan and monitor shift performance to meet McDonald's standards
- Manage safety, security, and profitability of the restaurant during shifts
- Communicate with next shift manager to ensure smooth transition
- Delegate tasks and report results to maintain operational efficiency
- Assist assigned departments in meeting goals
