Job Duties
- lead shifts each week ensuring customers receive fast accurate and friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality service and cleanliness
- plan shifts and monitor performance during shifts
- ensure compliance with food safety standards
- manage inventory and daily maintenance
- handle scheduling and training of staff
- communicate effectively with next shift manager to ensure smooth operations
