Job Duties

  • lead shifts each week ensuring customers receive fast accurate and friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers to maintain quality service and cleanliness
  • plan shifts and monitor performance during shifts
  • ensure compliance with food safety standards
  • manage inventory and daily maintenance
  • handle scheduling and training of staff
  • communicate effectively with next shift manager to ensure smooth operations
