This job opportunity is with a restaurant operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald's, a globally recognized fast-food brand known for its quality products and exceptional customer service. The franchisee operates autonomously from McDonald's USA, holding the license to use the McDonald's logos and menu offerings but is a separate legal entity responsible for all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and staff supervision. Job Requirements
- 18 years or older to be a manager
- Flexible schedule availability
- Ability to lead and motivate team members
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts

- Oversee daily maintenance and cleanliness
- Manage crew and scheduling
