Job Duties
- plan and lead shifts to ensure fast, accurate, and friendly customer service
- manage and coach crew and other managers during shifts
- ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards
- monitor and maintain inventory and cleanliness
- oversee safety, security, and maintenance protocols
- schedule staff and coordinate training activities
- communicate effectively with team and next shift managers to ensure operational continuity
