Job Requirements

  • must be at least 18 years old
  • prior leadership experience preferred
  • ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • capable of managing a fast paced team environment
  • strong organizational skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • commitment to quality and customer satisfaction

Job Qualifications

  • previous leadership experience preferred
  • experience in restaurant retail or hospitality environment desirable
  • positive team player with flexible schedule
  • ability to thrive in fast paced environment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • passion for leadership and customer service
  • must be at least 18 years old

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers get fast accurate friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
  • plan shifts and monitor team performance
  • ensure team meets McDonald’s quality service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
  • communicate with next shift manager to prepare for smooth transition
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance managing crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety scheduling training
