Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- prior leadership experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- capable of managing a fast paced team environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers get fast accurate friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during shifts
- plan shifts and monitor team performance
- ensure team meets McDonald’s quality service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety security and profitability during shifts
- communicate with next shift manager to prepare for smooth transition
- manage food safety internal communication inventory daily maintenance managing crew quality food production exceptional customer service safety scheduling training
