Job Requirements
- must be 18 years or older to be a manager
- ability to work in fast paced environment

Job Duties
- lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
- provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
- plan for each shift and monitor performance
- ensure team meets McDonald's quality service and cleanliness standards
- monitor safety security and profitability
- communicate with next shift manager for shift handover
- manage food safety internal communication inventory maintenance managing crew quality food production customer service safety security scheduling training
