Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years or older to be a manager
  • ability to work in fast paced environment
  • willingness to learn and follow company policies

Job Duties

  • lead shifts every week ensuring customers receive fast accurate friendly service
  • provide leadership to crew and other managers during a shift
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • ensure team meets McDonald's quality service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for shift handover
  • manage food safety internal communication inventory maintenance managing crew quality food production customer service safety security scheduling training
