Job Duties

  • lead shifts ensuring fast, accurate, friendly customer experience
  • provide leadership to crew and managers during shifts
  • plan for each shift and monitor performance
  • ensure team meets McDonald’s quality, service and cleanliness standards
  • monitor safety, security and profitability
  • communicate with next shift manager for shift preparation
  • manage food safety, inventory, maintenance and cleanliness
  • manage crew scheduling and training
  • deliver quality food production and exceptional customer service
