Job Requirements
- at least one year of restaurant work experience
- high school diploma or GED
- experience leading and managing a team
- strong problem-solving skills
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to give and take direction
- flexible work availability
- willing to travel to other Wendy's locations as needed
- able to stand and move for most of the shift
- able to lift up to 50 lbs
- able to handle weather-related work conditions
- able to use restaurant equipment and follow brand standards
