Job Requirements
- Have reliable transportation
- Be able to perform physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

Job Qualifications
- At least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified
Job Duties
- Provide daily leadership to team members to meet operational goals
- Mentor and develop team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Oversee opening and closing procedures
- Manage back-of-house operations
- Ensure overall guest experience excellence
- Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
- Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
