Job Requirements

  • Have reliable transportation
  • Be able to perform physical demands of the job including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds

  • Be willing to work flexible schedules

Job Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in restaurant, retail, or customer service roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team
  • Positive and friendly attitude
  • Willingness to obtain ServSafe certification if not already certified

Job Duties

  • Provide daily leadership to team members to meet operational goals
  • Mentor and develop team members to enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee opening and closing procedures
  • Manage back-of-house operations
  • Ensure overall guest experience excellence
  • Maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
  • Assist with scheduling and shift coverage as needed
