Job Requirements

Basic knowledge of Excel data entry
understanding of web browsers to complete hiring and training duties
high school diploma or equivalent
prior experience in food service or restaurant management preferred
availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Ensuring that all team members complete their shift excellence tasks for their assigned positions
ensuring that employees are clean and neat in appearance
personally demonstrating that customer needs are the highest priority
ensuring food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders
resolving customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations
completing daily paperwork to reconcile sales
training new employees in all aspects of the operation
scheduling employees
ordering food products for the store
