Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months related experience or training
- Must be P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret documents
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to communicate effectively before groups
- Basic math skills including fractions and decimals
- Ability to solve practical problems
- Ability to interpret various instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- Must be 18 years or older
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Must be able to handle long periods of standing
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Problem-solving skills for practical situations
- Ability to lead a team and motivate employees

- Manage and support team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Conduct employee training and development
- Monitor food safety and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
