Job Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Must have mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
  • Long periods of standing without a break required
  • Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Must maintain a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
  • One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
  • Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
  • Ability to speak effectively before customers and staff

Job Duties

  • Lead shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
  • Supervise and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on operational practices and customer service
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
