Job Requirements
- Candidates must be 18 years or older to apply
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must have mobility including bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying
- Long periods of standing without a break required
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Must maintain a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- One to three months of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Strong problem-solving and reasoning abilities
- Ability to speak effectively before customers and staff
Job Duties
- Lead shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant functioning
- Supervise and motivate team members to achieve service and sales goals
- Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene
- Handle customer concerns and provide effective resolutions
- Conduct training sessions for employees on operational practices and customer service
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
