Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for long periods without a break
- Willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- Valid state-issued driver's license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
- Exposure to high heat from grill and fryer equipment and cooking oils
- Ability to drive for company errands such as bank deposits, training, and meetings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One to three months' related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, instructions, and procedure manuals
- Effective communication skills for speaking before groups of employees or customers
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent
- Practical problem-solving skills and ability to interpret written, oral, or diagram instructions
Job Duties
- Supervise daily restaurant operations to ensure efficient service and high-quality food standards
- Build and lead a motivated team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service
- Monitor and enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and operational procedures
- Train employees on various positions and promote their professional development
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and vendor relations to support business needs
- Solve practical problems and make decisions in real-time to keep operations running smoothly
- Drive compliance with corporate policies and contribute to a positive work environment
