Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • One to three months related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to speak effectively before groups
  • Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
  • Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification
  • Must be 18 years old or older
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

  • Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedure manuals
  • Strong communication skills to effectively address customers and employees
  • Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Crew Leader Certification
  • Shift Supervisor Certification

Job Duties

  • Manage shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
  • Train and develop team members on company policies and Q.S.C standards
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile cash drawers
  • Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and corporate policies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
  • Support store management with operational tasks and staff scheduling
