Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related experience or training or equivalent education and experience
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret instructions
- Crew Leader Certification
- Shift Supervisor Certification
- Must be 18 years old or older
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Manage shifts to ensure high-quality customer service
- Train and develop team members on company policies and Q.S.C standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile cash drawers
- Monitor and enforce compliance with food safety and corporate policies
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient store environment
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally
- Support store management with operational tasks and staff scheduling
