Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods with periodic breaks
- Perform repetitive motions using hands and arms
- Frequent bending, stooping, squatting, stretching, twisting, and reaching
- Capability to walk up and down stairs and use a step ladder
- Occasional sitting, talking, and active listening
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly with assistance if needed
- Ability to move around kitchen quickly and efficiently
- Compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Work in fast-paced, noisy, and temperature varied environment
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service preferably in a supervisory or leadership role
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective verbal and written communication abilities
- Problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- High attention to detail in maintaining restaurant standards
Job Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts
- Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Train and develop team members to enhance performance
- Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
