The role of Shift Manager at Wendy's is a vital leadership position responsible for guiding a team to deliver exceptional service and operational excellence. Job Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
  • maintain valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
  • ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
  • ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • exposure to high heat and cooking oils
  • ability to solve practical problems and follow various instructions
  • physical agility including bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • one to three months related experience or training
  • P.O.C. trained on all positions
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to lead and build a team
  • basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
  • strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
