Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods
- willingness to work shifts including evenings and weekends
- maintain valid state driver’s license and vehicle insurance if driving for company business
- ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions
- ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- exposure to high heat and cooking oils
- ability to solve practical problems and follow various instructions
- physical agility including bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- one to three months related experience or training
- P.O.C. trained on all positions
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to lead and build a team
- basic math skills including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing
- strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
